With deep sorrow and regret, the Algerian Consulate in El Kef informs all members of the Algerian community residing within its jurisdiction that a book of condolences has been opened following the passing of the late former President and Mujahid, Liamine Zeroual. This is to allow our citizens to offer their condolences at the Consulate.

May God have mercy on the deceased, grant him eternal peace in Paradise, and give his family patience and solace.
